When Can I place an order?
The shop open dates are announced via email and Instagram. Be sure to follow @embeaton_ and sign up to the newsletter!
Why aren’t you open 24/7?
Custom Art takes time. As my business has evolved I’ve limited my opening times to ensure quality of work whilst pursuing my PR and Marketing career.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is sent two weeks after your order was placed, on the Thursday. See postage dates below.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
Your tracking number is located in your fulfilment email - use this to track the status. You can also double check with your post office.
Still no luck? Email emily@cleverhand.com.au with your order number and I will check things from our end!
There’s a mistake on my order, what do I do?
Oh no! If it’s Emily’s mistake please email: emily@cleverhand.com.au and I will recreate the piece for you.
Can I have coloured lettering on my piece?
You have the option of up to 10 coloured words per piece. Each word is an additional $2 each. The most popular colour is metallic gold!
I don’t know what quote I want, can you send me some?
I created the quote bank for this exact reason! I have listed my favourite quotes for every occasion.
You can also order a Semi Custom piece where the quotes and artwork have already been chosen. You can customise it by choosing your captions and colours.
Can you create a logo for me?
I don’t offer design services at this time :)
Do you ship internationally?
I ship to Australia and New Zealand.
